Coming through your letterbox this month is the EE promotion of fibre broadband via the BT circuits and fibre stretched from the nearest pole to your property. This is the face of the promotion and on it we have referred each option to notes A,B and C on the following page. Read on!
The prices quoted by EE do not stipulate the VAT position, so one should assume they are totally inclusive of any VAT due.
There is no guarantee that these prices will not go up during or after the contract period.
NONE of the figures indicate what upload speed you will get, so we have searched the web for figures from BT which EE use.
For example, according to BT, Full Fibre 150 guarantees 100Mbps download and 30Mbps upload.
For comparison, Tove Valley Broadband fibre service delivers 2,500Mbps download and 2,500Mbps upload for £180/year with a guarantee of over 2,000Mbps – if your equipment can handle it. There’s no ‘contract period’.
